Deploying an agent on a machine you own starts at R3 000. That is the whole install, and we invoice it when it is working on your machine, not when you sign.
Six ways in
| Deployment | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| DIY, agent-supported | R3 000 | One agent, built and trained by Gabriel. No session. One month of support. |
| Remote, with Bruce | R5 000 | One agent. Bruce assesses the business on a call, Gabriel builds and trains. One month of support. |
| Remote, extended | R8 000 | One agent, plus 4 hours of orientation with Bruce. Three months of support. |
| On site, a day | R10 000 | Two agents. Bruce in the business for a day, six months of support. |
| On site, a week | R30 000 | Five agents, your price list imported with your margins, two live jobs end to end. |
| On site, a month | R100 000 | Up to 30 agents across departments, ten of your people trained, one department at a time. |
Prices exclude VAT. We are not registered for VAT yet; when we are, VAT goes on top.
Travel and accommodation are extra on the on-site deployments.
Who you are actually buying
The prices are not a ladder of more features. They are a ladder of how much human time sits between you and a working agent.
At R3 000 nobody gets on a call with you. Gabriel, our own agent, assesses the stack, builds your agent and supports it for a month. That is the cheapest way in and it is genuinely turnkey, but you are dealing with an agent, and the answers come as fast or as slowly as an agent answers.
At R5 000 Bruce is on the call. A person assesses your business, the tech you already run and where the gaps are, and the stack is filled in around what you already own so nothing is bought twice.
From R10 000 Bruce is in the building, and from there it becomes a different job: the price list gets loaded with your margins, real jobs get run end to end, and documents turn into templates you keep using.
The difference between R5 000 and R10 000 is not support. It is memory and it is hands. Memory because a day on site is where we load who your customers are, what you charge and how you write a quote. Hands because on site we do the work next to you rather than handing you a link.
There is no monthly from us
That is the part people find hard to believe, so here it is plainly: you pay for the deployment once and nothing monthly comes to us afterwards.
The five packages we build — quoting, selling, money, care and admin — are not subscriptions. They are work done inside the deployment you chose. Quoting turns a bill of quantities, a photo or a written list into a price from your own list. Money ages the ledger daily and chases in steps. Care answers WhatsApp and confirms in writing. Whatever fits your business gets built in, preskilled, and supported for the months included in your deployment.
Support already sits inside the price: one month on the two cheapest deployments, three on the extended remote, six on anything on site. When that runs out, support is an addon you can take or leave. It is not a standing charge that appears on a statement.
What you pay the suppliers
Three bills, and none of them come to us. A .co.za domain is R99 a year. Email hosting is about R79 a month. Model usage on a small box runs around US$10 a month, and that is the honest number for a few hundred tasks a day.
Two of those are monthly and one is yearly. They are subscriptions between you and the supplier, at their price, paid direct. Setting them up is part of the deployment and we add nothing to them. If you already own your domain, the number gets smaller.
The maths we ask people to run
One invoice recovered a month pays for the whole deployment inside a year, and there is nothing after that. That is the test. Find the one job you repeat and hate, work out what it costs you now in hours and in missed follow-ups, and compare it to the number above.
If the answer is not obvious in your own figures, do not buy it. We would rather say that now than take a setup fee and lose the relationship in month three.
What it will not do
It will not visit a site. It will not decide to give a customer credit you would not give them. It will not sign anything, and it will not send a price to a client until you tell it that it may.
An agent is confident even when it is wrong. That is why every package reports what it did and links the source it read, and why the first month runs with a person checking the output.
The deployment prices are ours and current at the date of this post, and they exclude VAT. Nothing else is charged by us.
